Hashi Cooking hosts workshops specifically curated for Hen dos and engagement celebrations. Each workshop is bespoke, with the repertoire of dishes, and the location, up to you! Lasting anywhere between two and four hours during a leisurely lunch or over a long evening meal with wine, Reiko can either bring everything to your home or venue, or host your group here at Hashi Cooking.
One of our most popular workshops is Sushi making. Using a top quality sashimi platter, including tuna, sea bream/sea bass and salmon, and freshly grated Wasabi you will create a series of rolls, compressed sushi, nigiri and sashimi.
